1. Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
2. Delivery times
- Poland: 1–2 working days.
- European Union: 2–4 working days.
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 3–5 working days.
- United States & Canada: 3–6 working days (dispatched from NY).
- Rest of world: 5–10 working days.
3. Packaging
Every parcel ships in plain, tamper-evident outer packaging. No invoice, product name, or brand mark is visible on the exterior. Interior packaging protects fragile items and keeps humidified products in condition during transit.
4. Adult signature
Every delivery requires a signature from an adult aged 18 or older (higher where local law demands). PO boxes are not accepted.
5. Customs and duties
EU deliveries are priced inclusive of VAT. Deliveries outside the EU may attract local customs duties on receipt; where possible, these are quoted at checkout. Tabacora is not responsible for local duties not disclosed at checkout when set by the destination country after dispatch.
6. Restricted destinations
Certain products cannot be shipped to certain countries by law (e.g. flavoured e-liquids to some jurisdictions). Restrictions are shown at checkout; where an order cannot be lawfully fulfilled it is refunded in full.
7. Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel does not arrive within the expected window, or arrives damaged, write to hello@tabacora.com within 14 days of dispatch and we will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund as appropriate.
