1. Eligibility
Tabacora only sells to customers who are at least 18 years of age (21 in jurisdictions where the local minimum age is higher). Signature and ID verification may be required on delivery.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of VAT and any applicable tobacco tax. Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honoured for orders already confirmed.
3. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Zürich, typically within one business day. Standard Swiss-wide delivery takes 1–3 working days. All parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging and require a signature on receipt.
4. Returns
For hygiene and regulatory reasons, opened tobacco and nicotine products cannot be returned. Sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition.
5. Health warning
Tobacco and nicotine products are addictive and harmful to health. Tabacora makes no health-related claims about any product sold on this site.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Zürich.
